Part-Time Evening Cleaner Responsibilities
Clean offices, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
Empty trash and replace liners
Clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces
Restock restroom supplies
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Report maintenance concerns and supply needs
Experience is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.
Full-Time Site Lead Responsibilities
Help coordinate daily cleaning assignments and priorities
Lead by example while performing cleaning duties as needed
Support and guide cleaning team members
Monitor cleaning quality and address areas needing attention
Help train new employees
Track supply and equipment needs
Communicate staffing, maintenance, and operational concerns to management
Help ensure consistent service and customer satisfaction
Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
