Job Details: Job Location: Center at Grande - TYLER, TX, Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Job Summary: The Center at Grande is seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. This is a full-time position requiring a flexible schedule of two day shifts and two night shifts per week.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and quality standards. Ensure all food is stored, handled, and prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist with general kitchen sanitation. Manage inventory and alert management when supplies are low. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal service and guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Qualifications: Proven experience as a cook or in a professional kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification preferred). Ability to work independently and efficiently during both day and night shifts. Strong communication skills and a positive team-player attitude. Physical stamina to handle the demands of a fast-paced kitchen.Schedule: Full-time; schedule consists of two day shifts and two night shifts.
