Estimator

• Manage and implement the full tendering process from opportunity identification to submission.
  
• Prepare and analyse detailed cost estimates for designated projects.
  
• Finalise tenders, including agreeing project overheads and pricing strategies.
  
• Maintain and update the Pricing Dictionary and estimating procedures.
  
• Monitor and report on tender opportunities, outcomes, and performance data.
  
• Maintain an up-to-date database of tender results and cost feedback for future use.
  
• Support the appointment and management of subcontractors and labour-only subcontractors.
  
• Provide cost feedback and analysis to improve future tender accuracy and profitability.
  
• Ensure all departmental activities are delivered within agreed timescales and cost targets.
  
• Uphold structured processes, quality assurance standards, and contribute to improving market share and profitability.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an estimator in the manufacturing or joinery / fit-out industry.
