Part-Time Warehouse Associate

About the Role

Are you an experienced warehouse pro who takes pride in getting the details right? AERO Logistics is looking for a dependable Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our Atlanta team.

You’ll be a key part of keeping our warehouse running smoothly- making sure every shipment coming in and going out is handled safely, checked for damage, accurately documented, and tracked from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

Receive and sign for incoming deliveries
Load and unload trucks safety and efficiently
Inspect products for damage and document any issues
Make sure all incoming and outgoing shipments are correctly processed and tracked.
Organize and store received items in their proper locations
Follow inventory control procedures to keep counts accurately
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of clutter and debris
Maintain accurate records of orders and delivery details
Complete all paperwork and reports carefully and accurately
Follow all safety policies and company procedures
Pitch in wherever the team needs you and takes on other duties as assigned
Interact with customers and drivers in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of warehouse experience, including operating a sit-down forklift
High school diploma or GED
Availability to work Friday through Monday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Reliable transportation
Ability to stand for long periods; squat, twist and bend regularly
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally
Strong attention to detail, especially with paperwork
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Safety-minded and alert on the floor
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and dependable attitude

Schedule and Flexibility

This position works a regular Friday – Monday schedule, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Because logistics moves with our customer’ needs, hours and shift assignments may occasionally change – we’ll give as much notice as possible.
