Continuous Improvement Manager

Job position objective

Lead full-time management of the Continuous Improvement Process for BQ US Bakeries.

• In coordination with leader, participate in the annual strategic planning .

• Develop and monitor the productivity plan 

• Develop and monitor the communication and dissemination plan of the

Continuous Improvement 

• Develop and monitor the participation and recognition plan 

• Develop and follow up on the Continuous Improvement training / qualification

plan for all the staff in conjunction with the training area.

• Facilitate the implementation of focused improvement projects
