We provide qualified leads, allowing you to spend more time selling and less time prospecting. With a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, your earning potential grows with your performance. What you'll do: Meet with qualified residential and commercial customers. Understand customer needs and recommend the right fencing solutions.  measure properties and prepare accurate estimates and proposals.  present products, pricing, installation options, and warranties.  Handle objections, negotiate, and confidently close sales. Follow up with prosects and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Build referral and repeat business. Maintain accurate CRM records and communicate with the installation team.  Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.  QualificationsWhat we're looking for: Proven sales experience with a track record of success. Strong communication, listening, negotiation, and closing skills.  Self-motivated, organized, competitive, and customer-focused.  Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.  Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.  valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable using CRM and mobile Technology.  Fencing, construction, or home-improvement experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right salesperson on our products and processes.
