What You'll Do

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction that meets the needs of diverse learners.

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom culture.

• Monitor student progress and use data to support student success.

• Champion our Leader in Me program by developing student leadership and goal setting.

• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and the community to support student achievement.

• Maintain accurate lesson plans, grades, attendance, and student records.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Florida teaching certificate (or eligibility to obtain one) in the appropriate grade level or subject area.

• Strong instructional, communication, and classroom management skills.

• A growth mindset, collaborative spirit, and passion for helping students succeed.

• STEM experience is a plus.
