What You'll Do

Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care
Perform exams, cleanings oversight, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals
Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly communicate options to patients
Build lasting patient relationships grounded in trust and education
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of care and infection control
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff to deliver a smooth patient experience
Stay current with continuing education and evolving clinical techniques

What We're Looking For

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active (or eligibility for) Arkansas dental license in good standing
Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general procedures
Excellent chairside manner and genuine care for patient comfort
A team-oriented, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Experience with digital dentistry and modern practice technology is a plus
