Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a passionate and skilled Part-time Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Outpatient Therapist in North Strabane, PA. Â This position allows you to bring compassion, innovation, and expertise to individuals on their journey to recovery. No weekends!

Your Role in Transforming RecoveryÂ
- Utilizes and promotes trauma-informed treatment through the provision of evidence-based practices.
- Participates in developing the patient’s treatment plan and outcomes in cooperation with the treatment team.
- Provides direct therapeutic services consisting of individual, group, and/or family therapy dependent on the patient's needs.
- Makes ongoing assessments regarding the patient’s progress in treatment and revises the treatment plan according to patient needs.
- Completes clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Â
- Establishes and maintains contact and relationships with referral sources related to patient caseload.
- Plans for continuing care of patient and making appropriate referrals.
- Monitors and completes insurance authorizations for patient caseload.
- Provides referrals for additional care or services when required
- Participates in regular supervision with the manager and seeks out additional supervision as needed.
- Completes mandatory orientation and annual training programs; completes applicable attendance documentation.Â
Requirements
  What We’re Looking For
- Bachelors' Degree with at least one experience in a clinical or behavioral health environment. Â
- Experience in an outpatient/inpatient setting with dual diagnosis and SUD patients.
- Proficiency in outpatient platforms and digital communication tools.
Other Requirements
- Pass a PA Criminal Background Check
- Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances
- Pass Drug Screen
- 2-Step TB Test
- Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
