We need hardworking people to tear out, haul off and clean up on demolition and restoration jobs across the Vancouver/Portland metro. You’ll see the progress you make every day. You’ll get paid every week. If you show up, you’ll keep getting work.

THE WORK

Concrete removal: Break up and haul out slabs, sidewalks and footings with jackhammers, sledges and wheelbarrows.
Demolition: Strip interiors down to the studs, including drywall, flooring, cabinets and fixtures.
Concrete cutting: Help the cutting crew by managing the water supply, controlling slurry and dust, and clearing out cut sections.
Heavy lifting: Move product, furniture, materials, debris and equipment, and load and unload trucks all day.
Restoration clean-up: Remove debris, sweep, bag and stage materials so each site is safe and ready for the step.

WHAT YOU GET

$20-$22hr depending on assignment
Daily & weekly pay options
Steady work, with full-time and temp-to-hire openings
On-the-job training, so you don’t need experience to start
A real chance to move up into skilled restoration and construction roles

WHAT YOU BRING

You can lift 50+ lbs over and over and stay on your feet all shift
You’re comfortable working outdoors in wet, dusty or noisy conditions
You show up on time and ready to work
You have steel-toe boots (we can help you get other PPE)
You have reliable transportation to job sites
Demo, construction or restoration experience is a plus but not required
