Perform final quality inspection of PCBAs, electronic assemblies, and aerospace products before shipment.

Verify product compliance with customer drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.

Conduct visual inspections using IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001) and aerospace requirements.

Review manufacturing records, test reports, First Article Inspection (FAI) documents, and quality documentation.

Ensure compliance with AS9100 quality management system requirements.

Identify non-conformities, generate NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and coordinate corrective actions.

Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Monitor product quality trends and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Customers to resolve quality issues.

Verify ESD, workmanship, labeling, traceability, and packaging requirements for aerospace products.

Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process

Hands on experience in Quality Assurance/Final Inspection of Aerospace, Defense, or Electronics Manufacturing products.

Certification in IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 preferred.
