Dining Room Server (Part-Time)Â
Tuscan Gardens of Venetia Bay is seeking a dedicated and friendly part-time Dining Room Server to join our team at our senior living community. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional service and enhance the dining experience for our residents in a warm and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible, dependable, and committed to creating a positive atmosphere for our residents during their meals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Serve meals and beverages efficiently and accurately
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Respond promptly to residents' needs and preferences
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a hygienic dining environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Dependability and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
