Opportunity Works Connecticut (OWC) is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Job Coaches!

Help adults with intellectual and physical disabilities build independence, develop life and job skills, and achieve their personal goals at home, in the community, and in the workplace. Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Requirements

  Responsibilities 

• Provide job coaching and support to individuals in community work settings.
• Teach job tasks, workplace expectations, and communication skills.
• Monitor progress and maintain required documentation.
• Communicate with employers and support teams.
• Promote independence and help individuals maintain successful employment.  

What You’ll Need:

• High  School Diploma or GED.
• Age 18 or older.
• Valid  CT driver's license with a good driving record.
• Pass  background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong  communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Experience is a plus but not required
