Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP I & II) to join our team at an Enhanced Behavioral Support Home (EBSH). This role provides direct care and individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities, promoting independence, personal growth, and overall well-being through meaningful daily interactions and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized support services in accordance with Individual Program Plans (IPPs).

• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.

• Promote independence and positive behaviors through structured and engaging activities, such as walking, reading, games, and educational projects.

• Provide transportation using company vehicles, as needed.

• Maintain a safe, clean, respectful, and supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Current CPR/First Aid, CPI, and DSP I & II certifications required.

• RBT certification required within six months of hire (training and accelerated certification support provided).

• Minimum of one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs preferred.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
