Our Falls Church, VA office (we are located in the Falls Church/Tyson's Corner area!) is looking for a highly motivated Sr Client Service Associate! The Sr Client Service Associate serves as a key liaison between clients, advisors, and internal/external partners, ensuring a smooth, high-quality client experience while supporting the day-to-day operational needs of the office. This role blends client service, new account onboarding, account maintenance, document management, and team operational support. The ideal candidate combines high-touch client service with strong operational execution. They are comfortable handling sensitive financial paperwork, keeping processes organized, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. They bring professionalism, confidence interacting and directing an advisory team, sound judgment, and a service-oriented approach, while also contributing to team efficiency and a positive office culture.Â
This is an on-site position working in office 5 days/week.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $80,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
Client Onboarding & Account AdministrationÂ
Manage prospect and new client onboarding, ensuring all paperwork, account setup, and related documentation are accurate and completeÂ
Follow up on fund transfers and incoming assets from surrendering firms or custodiansÂ
Maintain Salesforce CRM records, electronic client files, and related tracking toolsÂ
Work with clients on account maintenance activities, such as beneficiary updates, and standing instructionsÂ
Client Service & Relationship SupportÂ
Serve as the point of contact for clients, helping clarify requests and coordinating next steps with advisors Â
Prepare and process client transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and RMDsÂ
Assist with client communications and ongoing service needsÂ
Coordinate with external partners, including custodians, tax professionals, and vendors when neededÂ
Document Management  Â
Generate, submit, archive, retrieve, and track documents in accordance with firm processesÂ
Manage document workflows, including imaging, logging, filing, mail support, and records maintenanceÂ
Operations & Office SupportÂ
Direct and support team operations and advisory team through process improvements, project work, and administrative coordinationÂ
Lead phone interactions, mail handling, office and breakroom supply management, and other office operations as neededÂ
Manage data flow between systems and maintain accurate records across platformsÂ
Lead and teach process updates and operational changes to the teamÂ
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experienceÂ
3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, client service, and operations supportÂ
Knowledge of all basic account types and registrations as well as HSA, 529, TrustsÂ
Strong to expert level understanding of financial account administration, client service processes, and operational workflowsÂ
Experience with Salesforce, Orion, Emoney, Microsoft Office tools, Schwab Advisor Center, and Fidelity Wealthscape platformsÂ
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughÂ
Friendly, outgoing, and a positive attitude with the ability to work with all levels of staff and management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional professionalism in client and advisor interactions
Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and remain flexible under pressureÂ
Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset and strong problem-solving skillsÂ
Experience implementing AI strategy or an interest in utilizing AI to implement operational efficiencies
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state, pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified as this level is $51,450.00 to $84,000.00. However, the base salary range bolded above ($75,000.00 to $80,000.00) is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this position.
