$10 spiff perbooked lead + $10 per ran lead

THE ROLE

This is not ashelf-stocking job. This is not a customer service role. This is a salesposition for someone who is confident, outgoing, and driven by results. Youwill work the floor of our partner Home Depot locations, approach homeowners,start conversations about their home service needs, and book appointments forour team. The more you book, the more you make. It is that simple.

WHAT YOU WILLOWN

- Proactivelyapproach and engage customers throughout the store

- Start genuineconversations about home service needs and identify opportunities

- ExplainClimate Experts services clearly and compellingly

- Bookappointments for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical estimates and service calls

- Build strongrelationships with Home Depot store leadership

- Hit a minimumof 10 booked leads per week

- RepresentClimate Experts with professionalism and energy on every shift

- Ask forreferrals to expand our customer base

WHAT WE ARELOOKING FOR

- Previoussales experience strongly preferred — car sales, cell phones, door to door, gymmemberships, insurance, or similar

- You are theperson who talks to strangers without thinking twice

- Self-motivatedand money driven — you want to control your own income

- Outgoing,high energy, and confident on your feet

- Strongcommunication skills and the ability to read people quickly

- Reliabletransportation and smartphones

- Willingnessto work weekends and some holidays

- Ability tostand and walk for 4 to 8 hours per shift

- Must passbackground check and follow our tobacco-free policy

- No HVAC orhome services experience required — we will train you on the product

- Can lift upto 25 lbs if not more

SCHEDULE

Flexible. Hityour minimum goals and you control your schedule. Weekends required.
