Compliance Consultant
The Compliance Consultant roleĀ will primarily supportĀ the enterpriseĀ Conflict of Interest process. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualifications:Ā

Prior experienceĀ managingĀ ConflictĀ ofĀ Interest mattersĀ isĀ notĀ required; however, itĀ would beĀ highlyĀ beneficial. The individual in this role must be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.Ā ThisĀ positionĀ will supportĀ bothĀ careĀ delivery and payorĀ functions acrossĀ the healthĀ system.Ā
The candidateĀ must be comfortableĀ workingĀ in a fast-paced environment andĀ haveĀ experienceĀ engagingĀ withĀ senior leadershipĀ andĀ executive stakeholders.Ā
This is aĀ hybrid positionĀ requiringĀ in-officeĀ presence two to threeĀ daysĀ perĀ week, as well asĀ attendanceĀ at requiredĀ on-site meetingsĀ throughout the year.

Education
- Bachelors Level Degree (Required)
Certification/Licensure
- OHCC (Office Healthcare Compliance) , AIHC or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor)
Experience
Prior experienceĀ managingĀ ConflictĀ ofĀ Interest mattersĀ isĀ notĀ required; however, itĀ would beĀ highlyĀ beneficial.
