Leasing & Activities Coordinator

Location: Holland House Apartments – Virginia Beach, VA
Schedule: Full-Time

Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about creating a great experience for residents? We are looking for a Leasing & Activities Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in both leasing our community and keeping residents engaged and connected.

What You’ll Do

Leasing Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide property tours.

• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents.

• Assist with applications, lease paperwork, move-ins, and renewals.

• Maintain accurate leasing and resident information in Yardi.

• Help achieve occupancy and leasing goals.

• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.

Activities & Resident Engagement

• Plan and coordinate resident activities, events, and community programs.

• Develop creative ways to encourage resident participation and build a sense of community.

• Coordinate event details, including scheduling, supplies, vendors, and communication.

• Promote upcoming activities through flyers, emails, social media, and other communication.

• Gather resident feedback and identify opportunities for new activities and programs.

• Build positive relationships with residents and help create a welcoming community atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

• Creative and enthusiastic approach to planning resident activities.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Previous leasing, property management, hospitality, event planning, or customer service experience preferred.

• Yardi experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
