TJ Crossman’s Auto Repair is hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician with strong electrical, drivability, and diagnostic skills. If you take pride in accurate repairs, work well with others, and want your weekends back, let’s talk.

Pay and benefits

• $50/hour base pay—equivalent to $104,000 annually at 40 hours per week for 52 weeks.
• Production bonuses offering total annual earning potential of $150,000 or more.
• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work.
• Paid time off.

What you’ll do

• Diagnose electrical, engine performance, and drivability concerns.
• Perform automotive repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections with clear notes and photos.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to service advisors.
• Document the concern, cause, correction, and confirmation.
• Verify completed repairs through appropriate testing and road tests.
• Take ownership of repair quality and contribute to the team.

What we’re looking for

• Professional automotive repair experience and the ability to handle advanced diagnostics independently.
• A methodical approach to testing and identifying the cause of a problem.
• Consistent productivity with attention to quality.
• Clear communication, dependable work habits, and a willingness to keep learning.
• Experience using scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair information.

ASE certifications are a plus. Demonstrated ability, workmanship, and attitude matter to us.
