Job Description:

The Recreation Service Associate is a student employee responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience & implementing operational details surrounding access control, member services, equipment lending, program registration, and upholding general usage policies for Campus Recreation facilities.

• Show initiative and provide excellent customer service to all patrons and visitors.  
• Monitor and supervise the access and safe use of recreation facilities.
• Provide accurate information & enter payments for recreation programs, services, and guest access. 
• Perform or report operational needs including equipment lending, facility checks, and maintenance needs. 
• Comply with Departmental and University policies. 
• Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility 
• Provide excellent customer service to clients  
• Ability to prioritize and take initiative 
• Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations 
• Ability to comply with University policies  
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
