Job Description:
Women’s Basketball Student Employees provide program support on a daily basis, including practice, gameday and offseason duties. Student Employees will learn the importance of teamwork and preparation, and will provide hand-on assistance to program staff.
Job Functions:
- Assist with practice and gameday set-up
- Assist with drills and workouts including statistics and clock operation
- Assist with video and film operations
- Various game-day duties as assigned
- General office administration
- Other duties as assigned, which may or may not include some travel
- Compliance with all NCAA and Baylor policies
Required Skills:
- Some experience with basketball skills
- Professional manner, and appropriate attire is required at all times
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.00
- Availability to work mornings, nights and weekends
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to self-motivate
Additional Duties:
- Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
