Job DetailsJob Location: Wake Forest, NC 27587Position Type: Part TimeSEBTS is looking to hire a Support Technician to work in the Information Technology office on campus. This position is restricted to students, incoming students, and spouses of current students. Pay Rate: $15.45 an hour Support Technicians will: Move computer hardware and equipment. Install software applications. Troubleshoot and repair hardware problems. Provide basic front-end desktop computer, printer and copier support for end users. Ensure timely and professional technical support is provided to the end user. Assists the Operations Manager and the Director in other duties as assigned.   Required Solid verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of desktop computers and operating systems. Strong understanding of Microsoft based applications. Preferred Experience with data wiring and connectivity. Experience with telephone systems. Undergraduate College Degree. Desired College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related program. QualificationsThis position is restricted to students, incoming students, and spouses of current students.
