Prior experience in healthcare food service preferred. Experience managing staff and kitchen operations. Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments. This position requires experience with nutrition services in a nursing facility setting that includes topics integral to managing dietary operations including, but not limited to, foodborne illness, sanitation procedures, and food purchasing/receiving.
