We are currently looking for a part-time Onsite Marketing Representative for Northwell at Jones Beach Theater聽in Wantagh, NY. This person, under the guidance of Onsite Marketing Team leadership and the General Manager, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation鈥檚 onsite marketing efforts.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to the approved area for the allotted time at each show
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create and post lively real-time coverage of each event on the venue鈥檚 social media pages (Instagram Stories)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Stay up to date with Instagram trends, features, and best practices
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work with our house photographer to ensure quality content is being captured
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate across departments including Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage to highlight specific venue offerings
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist with general venue responsibilities as determined night of show by the General Manager
聽
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 degree preferred, but not required
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Creative, and proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Located on Long Island and/or with reliable transportation to and from the venue
The pay rate for this seasonal part time position is $20 per hour.聽

$16.0 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly
