Join us as a PASS Support Staff, where you'll work one-on-one with children (ages 0–21) with special needs to support their growth, independence, and joy, right in their homes and communities.


What You’ll Do:

· Be a consistent, caring presence for a child with special needs.

· Follow a personalized PASS plan to support treatment goals.

· Encourage independence through positive reinforcement and creative engagement.

· Work closely with families, clinical staff, and supervisors to ensure each child receives the best support possible.

· Maintain documentation like a pro (logs, data sheets, time sheets).

· Respect privacy and create safe, welcoming environments.

· Attend training, team meetings, and bring your ideas to the table.


A Day in Life Might Include:

· Morning check-in with a parent or guardian

· A walk around the block, practicing communication skills

· Collecting data while playing a favorite game

· Collaborating with your supervisor to celebrate small wins

· Wrapping up with thoughtful notes and planning tomorrow’s support


What You Bring:

· A heart for helping and a head for structure

· At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED

· A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and insurance

· Great communication and time management skills

· Reliability, kindness, and respect for confidentiality

· The ability to lift, move, and stay active (this isn’t a desk job)
