Job Description

Full Time

$20.00 per hour

7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Provide administrative and clerical support for the department

Ability to work and communicate appropriately with staff and the general public

Answer phone in a professional manner

Able to follow verbal and written instructions

This position requires contact with the public taking payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Ability to learn processes and policies
• Three years’ office experience and proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and billing
• Highly motivated, self-driven individual who is reliable, accountable and responsible
• Satisfactory criminal background check

Additional Information

Must cooperate and interact with the public and co-workers at all times and have a pleasant disposition.  Regular attendance, punctuality and dependability are a high priority.  Must pay attention to detail, be able to work independently and follow rules.  Employees must have a presentable appearance at all times in the office.
