This position analyzes workflows, coordinates requirements, develops process documentation, and supports operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities Analyze business processes and workflows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Document current and future state processes, requirements, roles, dependencies, and controls. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process maps, job aids, and requirements documentation. Gather, analyze, validate, and coordinate business and operational requirements. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and translate business needs into functional requirements. Support modernization, continuous improvement, and organizational change initiatives. Coordinate IT portfolio activities, including schedules, status, risks, milestones, and performance measures. Support ServiceNow and SharePoint reporting, workflows, tracking, and process documentation. Develop operational reports, dashboards, trackers, and executive briefings. Coordinate data calls and validate and consolidate stakeholder submissions. Support process testing, implementation readiness, and postimplementation reviews. Track action items, risks, dependencies, and project deliverables QualificationsMinimum Education & Experience Requirements US Citizen Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, operations management, public administration, or a related field. Seven to ten years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational modernization, or IT portfolio support. Experience analyzing and documenting workflows, business requirements, procedures, and process improvements. Experience supporting IT portfolios, modernization initiatives, or organizational change. Working knowledge of ServiceNow and SharePoint. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and process mapping tools such as Visio. Strong analytical, facilitation, organizational, problem solving, and communication skills. Ability to obtain and maintain any required federal suitability determination or security clearance. Preferred Requirements Federal government or government contracting experience. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or ITIL methodologies. CBAP, PMIPBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL certification.   Why Choose MIRACORP?
