About the Role:
Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in DC, WA. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, helping shape the software products our clients rely on. If you thrive in a fast-paced tech environment and love turning complex problems into clear, actionable insights — this is the opportunity for you.


Responsibilities:
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements and drive alignment
  • Create process flow diagrams, use cases, user stories, and other business analysis documentation
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement across systems and workflows
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by developing test plans and coordinating with end users
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and project managers
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or software development lifecycles (SDLC) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
