  • Represent the Office of the CEO with professionalism and discretion in interactions with Board members, senior executives, employees, clients, external partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and identify the information, materials, decisions, and follow-up required to support effective leadership.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate executive correspondence, presentations, reports, briefing materials, talking points, and other communications, ensuring accuracy and a consistently high standard of quality.
  • Coordinate CEO, executive leadership, Board, and external stakeholder meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, presentations, logistics, attendee coordination, and follow-up.
  • Support preparation of materials for the Board of Commissioners and other executive or governance-related meetings.
  • Track commitments, decisions, deadlines, and action items on behalf of the CEO, partnering across departments to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct research and prepare concise summaries or reports to support executive decision-making and meeting preparation.
  • Review and prioritize incoming communications and correspondence, determining appropriate routing, escalation, and follow-up.
  • Manage expense reports, records, travel documentation, correspondence, and other administrative information with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Build strong working relationships with executive leadership, Executive Assistants, Board stakeholders, and colleagues across the organization to coordinate priorities and facilitate communication.
  • Exercise independent judgment to resolve issues, prioritize competing demands, and determine when matters require the CEO’s attention.
  • Support special projects and executive initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, organizing information, tracking deliverables, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Provide onsite logistical support for critical executive, Board, and organizational meetings, including facilities, technology, materials, and travel coordination.
  • Perform other executive support responsibilities and special assignments as needed.
