The Product Strategy and Operations intern provides analytical, operational, and strategic support across Product Management & Experience Design and Digital Technology. This roleĀ supportsĀ product practiceĀ andĀ portfolio planningĀ maturity by delivering insights, structure, andĀ cross‑functionalĀ alignment that enable better decisions andĀ higher‑valueĀ outcomes.Ā Ā

This is a highly analytical, hands-on,Ā detail‑orientedĀ role requiring strongĀ problem‑solvingĀ skills, strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.Ā 

Ā 

EssentialĀ FunctionsĀ Ā 

  • Conduct research and analysis as a power user in Excel,Ā Microsoft suite, and leverage AI tooling where appropriateĀ 

  • Support cross-organization partnershipĀ to ensure alignment and meeting commitmentsĀ 

  • Support development of product competencies, frameworks, and learning resourcesĀ 

  • Maintains core product assets (templates, playbooks, tools, and sites) to ensure consistency, clarity, and improve product planning, discovery, and deliveryĀ 

  • Manage andĀ maintainĀ best‑practiceĀ tooling usageĀ

MinimumĀ QualificationsĀ Ā 

  • Must be actively pursuing a degree at an accredited educational institution.Ā 

  • Must be actively pursuing a degree inĀ Business,Ā Finance,Ā Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields.Ā 

  • Must have at least 1 year of academic undergraduate studies completed or a sophomore status atĀ minimum.Ā 

  • Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.Ā

PreferredĀ QualificationsĀ Ā 

  • Proven ability toĀ operateĀ with urgency and adaptability in aĀ fast‑paced, matrixed organization with shifting priorities.Ā 

  • Power user in Excel,Ā analytics and AI tools.

Ā 

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The hourly range is $18.00 per hour - $35.00 per hour. Pay is based on factors including school year, program of study, etc. Ā In addition, paid internships include Amtrak rail pass privileges as a part of the experience along with one (1) PTO day per academic year.
