In this role, you will coordinate team activities and resource allocation to support completion of assigned work and effective communication with the Project Supervisor. This position is in support of Department of State, Directorate of Passport Services. *This position is contingent upon contract award* Essential Functions Coordinate team efforts and resource allocation to support assigned work. Serve as a liaison between team members and the Project Supervisor. Identify resource needs and coordinate access to the resources required to complete work. Communicate work priorities and resource constraints to appropriate personnel. Follow up on coordination issues that affect team progress.Qualifications: Qualifications U.S. citizenship is required. Ability to pass a federal background check. Must possess a SECRET personnel security clearance. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience; or 7 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree. Team coordination. Resource planning. Clear communication. Problem identification and resolution.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience with the U.S. Department of State is preferred.
