BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a full-time Power BI Developer to support the Navy ERP Governance Program. This is a hybrid position, requiring 15% onsite presence in the National Capital Region (Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia). The ideal candidate will have five years of data experience and expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and data visualization techniques.

U.S. Citizenship is required. No security clearance is needed.

What will you do?

Theselected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, andoptimizing Power BI dashboards and reports to support Navy ERP governance. Thedeveloper will work with business and technical stakeholders to implementdata-driven solutions, automate reporting processes using Power Automate, andensure data integrity and governance across the system.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop,enhance, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for Navy ERP Governance.

·         ImplementPower Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.

·         Designand optimize data models to support efficient reporting and analytics.

·         Gatherand analyze business requirements to deliver insightful, data-driven reports.

·         Developand maintain ETL processes for integrating data from various sources into PowerBI.

·         Ensurecompliance with data security, governance, and best practices for Power BIsolutions.

·         Providedocumentation and training to end users for self-service analytics.

·         Stayup to date with Power BI, Power Automate, and data visualization advancements.

Qualifications:

·         U.S.Citizenship required. No security clearance is needed.

·         5+years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or relatedfields.

·         Proficiencyin Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and report/dashboard development.

·         Experiencewith Power Automate to develop workflow automation.

·         StrongSQL skills for data querying and transformation.

·         Experienceintegrating Power BI with ERP systems

·         Excellentcommunication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·         Abilityto work independently in a hybrid role with 15% onsite presence in the NationalCapital Region.

Nice to have:

·         MicrosoftCertified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)

·         NavyERP experience preferred
