Overview
The Squires Group is seeking experienced SAP Concur Consultants to support a large-scale federal travel modernization initiative. These roles will support a next-generation, enterprise-wide travel and expense management platform designed to standardize and streamline travel operations across civilian agencies.

Consultants will play a key role in implementing and supporting a centralized, cloud-based travel and expense solution, helping drive efficiency, compliance with federal travel regulations, and improved user experience across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
- Configure and support travel and expense systems (e.g., SAP Concur) in a federal environment
- Gather requirements and translate them into system configuration and solutions
- Support implementations, testing (UAT), and deployments
- Configure workflows, policies, audit rules, and user roles
- Drive process standardization and support platform consolidation efforts
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security, and audit requirements
- Collaborate on integrations with financial/ERP systems
- Provide troubleshooting, production support, and continuous improvement
- Create and maintain documentation and user guides
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with SAP Concur or similar travel and expense platforms
- Experience supporting federal or large enterprise system implementations
- Strong understanding of travel lifecycle processes (authorization, booking, vouchering, auditing)
- Familiarity with federal travel regulations, compliance standards, or shared service models
- Experience configuring policies, workflows, and audit rules
- Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP Concur certification(s)
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide or shared service implementations
- Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS platforms and security/compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP)
- Experience working in federal civilian agencies or government consulting environments
- Familiarity with data reporting, analytics, and system optimization
