Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) Reading Room Attendant

Primary Responsibilities:

The SIPR Reading Room Attendant must perform ongoing management throughout this project including, but not limited to, reporting project status against scheduled milestones, activities, and

deliverables. The contractor must conduct the following tasks:

•Know USCG and DoD security requirements for classified systems, information and spaces

•Open and close, on a daily basis from 0800-1200, the SIPR Reading Room

•Challenge users of the space for proper credentials

•Maintain access lists and visitor logs

•Issue SIPR Tokens as a Trusted Agent.

•Enroll users in, and meet all requirements of, the Privileged User Management Program

•Assist users in submitting help tickets

•Submit remedy tickets for security, facility and network concerns related to operations of the SIPR Reading Room

•Provide administrative and technical support of SIPRNET

•Operate, activate and de-activate the Intrusion Detection System (IDS)

•Operate X-09 combination lock

•Participate in Emergency Action Plan (EAP) exercises and drills.
