You are…a Senior Account Executive with a background and/or interest in public health, traffic safety, global affairs, and advocacy who knows how to:

  • Manage communications projects for fast-paced, high-pressured global transportation safety campaign across multiple time zones.
  • Research, write, edit, and proofread written materials that distill complex ideas, including creative strategy briefs, messaging documents, strategy memorandums, social media content, blog posts, press materials, web copy, advertising elements, and/or general client correspondence.
  • Develop and implement paid and organic communications plans and campaigns, building rapport and credibility with client(s) based on trust and expert counsel.
  • Coordinate with team members to develop social media content and manage social channels on behalf of clients.
  • Work across departments, including creative, digital, media, and/or production, to develop and implement communications and advertising strategies, media, materials, and creative collateral for clients' campaigns.
  • Work with team members to develop and manage projects, including budgets and timelines.
  • Support day-to-day client and partner communications, providing tactical support and guidance on communications and/or advertising efforts.
  • Stay informed on client industry and issues.
  • Mentor and provide constructive feedback to peers, collaborators, and more junior staff members.
  • Actively participate in new business efforts for the firm including developing new business opportunities, writing proposals, and delivering presentations.

You have…

  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, public relations, public policy, government, journalism or a related field.
  • Previous advertising, marketing, or communications agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • A strong interest in current events, public healthy, and public policy that improves lives.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
  • Excellent client service skills; flexibility to work evenings and weekends - because we're a client services firm and sometimes that's when our clients need us.
  • The ability to proactively problem solve, mind the details, and see the big picture.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other apps.
  • Experience exploring AI tools and agents.




$70,000 - $85,000
