Sr Systems Engineer

Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking four (4) Systems Engineer – General, Senior, contingent upon award of the associated work. This position will be based in Washington D.C.

The Senior Systems Engineer will provide lifecycle systems engineering support across DoD acquisition programs, including technical baseline management, requirements analysis, architecture development, and participation in formal technical reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support systems engineering lifecycle activities from requirements through integration.
• Perform requirements decomposition and traceability.
• Develop and maintain system architecture documentation.
• Participate in SETR events (PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.).
• Support configuration management and technical baseline control.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to support system integration and testing.
• Prepare technical documentation and engineering reports.

Desired Experience: 

• 10+ years of systems engineering experience supporting DoD programs.
• Experience supporting Navy or federal acquisition programs.
• Experience with technical review boards and milestone events.
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools.
• DAU Systems Engineering training preferred.

Education Requirements: 

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree plus four (4) additional years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.

Minimum Certifications: 

• DAWIA Level III in Systems Engineering or equivalent certification or military experience.
• ITIL Foundations v3 or v4 certification.

Security Requirements:  

• U.S. Citizen.
• Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance required.
