Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr. Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will provide effective leadership and management to projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible and accountable for all facets of project performance, including technical/professional, financial and client satisfaction.

  • Key representative of the company to clients and the public

  • Provides training and technical direction of junior personnel

  • Provide effective leadership and management to projects, ensuring quality performance by the project team and by the company as a whole. 

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree and 10 years experience. Degree can be substituted for 15+ years experience.
  • Experience on greater than $50M complex, both horizontal and vertical construction, phased and partially occupied projects.
  • Expert knowledge of the planning and budgeting and

    design process, including all phases from strategic operational/logistical planning/budgeting, procurement

    strategy and implementation, end user, project team and public communications and close out.

  • Must possess a active/current Secret clearance or above.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; submit examples of written reports, correspondence, if requested.
  • Ability to conduct meetings to resolve problems, design, engineering issues, brief clients and management personnel; submit examples, if requested.
  • Ability to compute construction costs for changes, scope(s) of work; submit examples of material take offs, with corresponding scope of work narratives and negotiated final equitable contract adjustments for the work submitted, if requested.
  • Must have a CCM or PMP certification

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
