Key Positions

  • Task Order Program Manager – Top Secret/SCI clearance required at the time of contract award.
  • Secure Communications Lead – Top Secret/SCI clearance required at the time of contract award.
  • All Other Key Positions – Top Secret clearance required at the time of contract award.

IT Operations Center (ITOC) Personnel

  • Required Clearance: Secret

Red Switch Operations Personnel

  • Required Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

VIP Support Personnel

  • Required Clearance: Secret

System Administrators and Engineers (Tier 3 / Tier 4)

  • Required Clearance: Secret

IT Service Desk and Support Personnel (Tier 0 / Tier 1 / Tier 2)

  • Minimum Clearance: MRPT
  • Preferred/Required: Secret clearance

Overseas Assignment Personnel

Personnel assigned to support overseas locations must:

  • Meet all clearance requirements specified in the contract.
  • May require Final (not Interim) Top Secret clearance for access to core communication centers.
  • Meet additional requirements for critical HUMINT threat locations, including:
    • Defense Security (DS) name checks.
    • DS suitability/acceptability review for deployments exceeding 90 days.
