Position Overview

Essnova Solutions is seeking three Senior Management Analysts to support FEMA’s National Training and Education Division and Training Partners Program. The analysts will provide research, analytical, technical, coordination, and deliverable-development support across FEMA training and emergency-management initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical and technical support to project teams.
  • Execute and implement assigned project tasks.
  • Coordinate team activities, communications, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Conduct research, data collection, and analysis.
  • Prepare charts, tables, graphs, diagrams, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the development of technical and project requirements.
  • Assist with program, process, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide guidance to team members and government clients.
  • Work independently or under general direction.
Required Qualifications
  • At least four years of relevant analytical, technical, program-support, or management-analysis experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct research and analyze qualitative or quantitative information.
  • Experience preparing professional reports, presentations, charts, tables, graphs, or diagrams.
  • Experience coordinating project activities, communications, or deliverables.
  • Strong critical-thinking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with word-processing, graphics, and desktop-publishing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
  • Ability to qualify for a federal Public Trust background investigation.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • A master’s degree plus two years of relevant experience may satisfy the stated qualification structure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • FEMA, DHS, or federal program-support experience.
  • Emergency management, homeland security, disaster preparedness, response, recovery, resilience, or training-program experience.
  • Experience supporting government consulting projects.
Additional Information

These positions are contingent upon contract award. Workloads are expected to be part-time and will vary according to government requirements. Selected candidates may be required to provide letters of commitment.
