Description

Meet/coordinate with customer at Property Managment for US Coast Guard and logistic.
Verifications by cage code/ Loan Updates For upcoming contract close-outs/For APO reconciliation process.
Assist with updating work processes and procedures i.e., flow charts, power point slides.
Schedule turn in appointment for property in possession, 1-2 days before contract end date.
Coordinate return warehouse for processing. Includes providing instructions and shipping information.

As applicable perform any sanitization of storage media or hard drives, remove hard drive of property items to be turned in for disposal to DLA-DS or other disposal sites, and prepare and sign document verifying sanitization of media.
Responsible for efficiently preparing and completing all necessary disposal tags and documents to ensure timely disposal and avoid unnecessary delays.
Provide shipment IDs for assets received (per Asset Visibility Report)
