This is a client-facing consulting role where you'll partner directly with finance leaders and key stakeholders to redesign, optimize, and enhance an existing Workday Adaptive Planning environment.

- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with finance and business leaders.
- Configure, test, validate, and deploy Adaptive Planning enhancements.
- Support user acceptance testing, knowledge transfer, and client adoption.
- Provide strategic guidance around Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes and planning best practices.
- Mentor junior team members when appropriate and contribute to project success through collaboration and thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Active Workday Adaptive Planning Certification.
- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or similar Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
- 2+ years leading Adaptive Planning or EPM workstreams.
- Experience leading at least two Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar EPM) implementations or optimization engagements.
- Strong experience designing and developing Adaptive Planning models, including complex modeling and planning scenarios.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with client leadership.
- Ability to travel periodically as project needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher Education industry experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Functional expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and Enterprise Performance Management processes.
- Experience gathering business requirements, solution design, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support.
- Prior experience mentoring consultants or leading project teams.
- Experience with reporting and dashboards is beneficial; however, deep Adaptive Planning modeling expertise is the highest priority.
- W2 Hourly rate starts at $100+/hour. Pay rates are based on experience and qualifications, and are subject to change at any time.
- Benefits vary by compensation type and may include paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, and additional optional benefits.
