Job Summary

Cribs2Crayons Early Learning & Resource Center is looking for dependable, caring, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our growing childcare team!

We are seeking individuals who enjoy working with children, have a positive attitude, and are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines.
Supervise children and maintain a safe environment.
Support age-appropriate learning and developmental activities.
Assist with meals, snacks, diaper changes, toileting, and rest periods.
Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.
Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
Follow center policies, safety procedures, and Iowa childcare regulations.
Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and management.

Qualifications

Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
Enjoy working with children of various ages.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow directions and maintain a positive attitude.
Previous childcare experience preferred but not required.
Must meet applicable Iowa childcare employment requirements, including required background checks and training.
