Shipping Specialist:
This role involves handling long-format products (up to 26 feet), requiring precision in packing, machinery operation, and inventory management. You will be the final point of quality control before our products reach the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialized Packing: Securely box and wrap products using foam, plastic, and protective buffers to ensure zero damage during transit.
- Machine Operation: Efficiently operate automated shrink-wrap machinery and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Inventory & Rack Management: Organize and store oversized crates on industrial racks; pull and stage orders accurately for freight pickups.
- Logistics & Delivery: Assist in the loading/unloading of freight trucks.
- Quality Assurance: Verify that incoming and outgoing products perfectly match purchase orders and manifests.
- Cross-Department Support: Maintain a flexible "team-first" attitude with a willingness to cross-train in production or other departments as needed.
