The Opportunity

• Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
• Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS are preferred.
• New grads with EMT, paramedic, and/or nursing background will be considered.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

Watsonville Community Hospital – Watsonville, CA

• A 106-bed facility with 12 ED rooms, 4 halls beds and 4 Fast Track beds.
• Annual ED volume of 36,000-28,000 with a 15%25 admit rate.
• An established Vituity site since 2015 with Vituity scribe support as well as Anesthesiology and Inpatient Psychiatry providers.
• A Kaiser affiliate and district hospital with a mission to serve the underserved, multicultural community.

Base hourly is $70 - $80 with quarterly productivity bonus potential, averaging another $18 - $25 per hour. Please speak with a recruiter for more information.
