What You’ll Do
- Manage complex, high-acuity patient assignments
- Support and mentor new nursing staff
- Partner with leadership to promote quality patient outcomes
- Provide specialized care for cardiac and critical care patients
What We’re Looking For
- Active Wisconsin RN license ; BLS certification
- Experienced RN with critical care or step-down experience ; Cardiac care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment in high-acuity settings
- Leadership, mentoring, and teamwork skills
