We’re looking for individuals who are patient, attentive, and committed to treating every client with respect.
 Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.
- Assist with mobility, including transferring and positioning clients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s physical or emotional conditions.
- Follow care plans and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies.
Skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and provide mobility assistance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing needs.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Personal Transportation is preferred but not necessaryÂ
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
