The Aerosol Line Worker is responsible for maintaining the flow of cans to completion on the aerosol production line. Position on the production line can vary to include the following: water bath monitor, tipper, capper, packer and palletizer.Â

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
- Assist with line operations including filling, labeling, packing, and palletizing finished goods.
- Support machine operators during product changeovers, setups, and cleanups.
- Load and unload materials and components to keep lines running efficiently.
- Monitor products for quality, correct labeling, and packaging integrity.
- Complete required paperwork and production documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all 5S and safety requirements.
- Communicate any safety, quality, or production issues promptly to the Team Lead or Supervisor.
- Follow all HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environmental) policies and participate in safety initiatives.
- Provide support to other team members to ensure smooth production operations.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience

- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and documentation.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.

Physical Requirement
__________________________________________________________________________________
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen that includes THC.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including gloves, goggles, and respirators as required.
- Work is performed in a production environment with exposure to chemicals, noise, and temperature variations.
