We are seeking a professional, patient-focused Licensed Optician (NJ License required) to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be dispensing, taking measurements, fitting eyewear, adjustments, and tracing.
There is no in-office lab work or lens cutting required other than tracing frames. All finishing and edging are handled by our dedicated off-site digital laboratory, allowing you to spend your time doing what you do best—connecting with patients, optimizing their vision, taking measurements, and dispensing.Â

Responsibilities to include:
- Precision Dispensing: Analyze patient prescriptions to recommend optimal lens designs, materials, and treatments (e.g., progressive lenses, high-index materials, anti-reflective coatings).
- Measurements & Fitting: Take highly accurate optical measurements, including pupillary distance (PD), segment heights, and vertex distance.
- Adjustments & Repairs: Perform expert frame adjustments, alignments, and minor repairs to ensure maximum physical comfort and visual clarity for the patient.
- Spanish speaking is a plus but not a requirement
