Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Job Classification: Full-time (40 hours/week) Hourly Non-Exempt

Location: Waynesboro, TN

Workdays: Monday-Saturday (on-site) Day shifts

Work Hours: Five 8-hour days-as scheduled by management

Position Summary

This position is responsible for receiving, storing, fulfilling, and distributing products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

Role and Responsibilities

Adhere to Seeking Health’s Core Values.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Report any discrepancies within receiving, inventory, returns, and damaged products.
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to operate a forklift (or be willing to get certified).
Support Quality Control tasks assigned for the TN2 location.
Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience. Previous warehouse work experience preferred.
