Sonic Summary

The instructor will be responsible for delivering required meetings each semester and monitoring student progress toward course completion and final exams.
Supervision will be provided by the faculty director and the Chair of the Department of Music.
The position involves developing syllabi, providing course instruction on campus, and evaluating student progress, with a workload of less than 29 contact hours per week.
Qualifications include a Master of Arts in Music, Master of Music, or an advanced degree such as D.M.A. or Ph.D., along with a demonstrated ability as a performer and teacher.
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of successful teaching experience at the university or professional level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop syllabi appropriate to each course and level of degree instruction.

- Provide all course instruction/lessons on the campus of Webster University.

- Evaluate and develop weekly progress of students appropriate to course study.- Position is <29 contact hours/week. Part Time.

Demonstrated ability as a performer and teacher of Music

Minimum three years of successful experience teaching at the University/Professional level
